"I registered the Domain Name. Now I'm back to begin setting up my own multi-page website. "

Now you need to build a website (or have it built for you) and select an ISP Provider (a Host). Think of it like this. There are 3 parts to the process: Domain Name (which you now have),  having a website built for you by a web developer, or getting a do-it-yourself web-building program (that allows you to build the website)...and then a Host to whom you pay a monthly fee in exchange for putting your website 'up' on the internet where people can see it.   The best way to proceed? It's such an individualized process that we'd say talk to friends and ask them for recommendations.  In some cases, you can find a Host that has an inclusive web-building program -- meaning if you pay them the monthly fee to host your website, they provide you the do-it-yourself software to build the website.  Make sure to ask: "What do I do to make sure my Domain Name is pointed  correctly at your Server?"
